征文 微波微创治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床观察 高君军 姜英红 （内蒙古牙克石市人民医院普外科，内蒙古 牙克石 022150） [摘要] 目的：观察微波微创治疗下肢静脉曲张32 例（44 条肢体）的治疗 效果；方法：利用微波热凝固原理，经小切口将微波治疗导线插入 曲张的血管腔中进行治疗，使血管腔硬化、闭塞；结果：平均住院 5 天，切口无感染，随访 6—24 个月，无复发，皮肤营养障碍及酸 胀感均有明显改善或消失；结论：微波治疗下肢静脉曲张具有损伤 小，切口少，恢复快，费用低等优点，且达到腿部美容效果。 [关键词] 下肢静脉曲张；微创；微波治疗 Using the treatment clinical observation by microwave of light wound of legs varix. [Key words] legs varix,light wound,microwave. 下肢浅静脉曲张是周围血管外科的常见病、多发病。专家调查发现15 岁以上的人群中的发病率为9.6%，其中40%为双侧，占血管疾病的90%以上 [1]。传统的手术治疗即高位结扎及抽剥术切口多、创伤大、痛苦大、并发病 多。自2001 年8 月至2006 年8 月，我院采用微波微创治疗下肢静脉曲张 32 例，效果满意，现报告如下。 1．资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 全组共32 例（44 条肢体）男性17 例，女性15 例。年龄25～63 岁， 平均44 岁。本组9 组经彩超检查，23 例经彩超及行下肢深静脉顺行造影检 查并确诊。其中25 条肢体深静脉存在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级返流，患者入院时均有明显 的下肢浅静脉曲张，同时伴有患肢酸胀乏感者24 例，8 例伴有肢体皮肤营 养障碍。 1.2 手术方法 本组手术均采用硬膜外麻醉。所用设备为南京新技术应用研究所生产 的内镜多功能微波治疗仪，治疗导线直径约2mm，长约250cm。于腹
