一些比较大的数字，应该用指数形式来表示。
例如 3600，4000等这样的数字有效数字位数含糊不清，要表示有效数字位数，应写成幂的形式。

当开头数字是大于等于8时，有效位数可以多一位。例如0.00985， 有效位数是4位。
