Abstract:The article gives a brief introduction to preparation and production procedures of ductile
cast iron FCD600-8 ～ 15 w ith high-strength and high elongation ratio.And the effects of chemical
composition and desulphurization and inoculation as well as furnace charge on production of such
ductile cast iron were e plored.The authors also proposed the way of selecting and controlling of
chemical composition and other controlling way of control casting conditions for separated poured
test pieces.
