经皮椎体成形术与保守疗法在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的疗效比较 杨永兵[1] 杨傲飞[1] 邹季[2] [摘要] 目的：探讨椎体成形术及保守疗法治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效，分析其各自的适应症及优缺点。 方法：将我院骨科自2005年6月～2009年12月收治OVCF患者81例，其中PVP手术治疗38例，保守治疗43例，进行随访，并根据VAS疼痛评分标准进行评价。结果：两组均未出现压缩骨折椎体邻近椎体的骨折。手术组有3例发生骨水泥泄漏，但无明显神经压迫等临床症状，未做特别处理。保守组未出现1例并发症。椎体成形术及保守疗法两治疗组均取得满意疗效。结论：对于骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者，选用椎体成形术还是保守疗法，要根据患者具体情况进行评估后作出选择，患者的年龄及全身情况是评估的主要内容。两种方法对各自适应的患者都具有良好疗效，两方法之间没有显著的差异。 [关键词] 椎体成形术 保守治疗 功能锻炼 骨质疏松 A Comparison between Percutaneous Vertebroplasty and Conservative Treatment for Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture YANG Yongbing[1] YANG Aofei[1] ZOU Ji[2] Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of vertebroplasty and conservative treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, and indications of their respective advantages and disadvantages. Methods：Orthopedic hospital since June 2005 ~ December 2009 OVCF 81 patients were treated, including PVP surgery in 38 cases, conservative treatment, 43 cases were followed up, and according to the standard VAS pain scores were evaluated. Results：There were no vertebral compression fracture occurs adjacent vertebral fractures.
