2011 NCCCAF KAIS ER PERMANENTE Cup Swim Meet

LOCATION: James Logan High School ，Union City
TIME: Meet begins at 9:00am; Warm-ups from 7:45-8:45am. Officials and coaches meetings will be
conducted prior to the starting time. Age groups for 19 and younger will compete in the morning
section, and age groups for 20 and above will be in the afternoon section. Afternoon section will
begin no sooner than 30 mins after the completion of morning section.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: Aug 5 , 20 11
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all age group swimmers who have registered correctly.
AGE: The date to define the age is Aug 10/ 20 11. For example, if the swimmer was born before Aug.
13/1998 or on Aug. 12/ 1998 then he/she will attend the meet as age 13-15; If the swimmer was born after
Aug. 12/1998, then he/she will attend the meet as age 10-12 and so on.
RULES: Current U.S.A. and Pacific Swimming rules will govern the meet. All events are timed finals.
Swimmers may compete in no limit individual events and team relays. The event will start on time even
if any swimmer who has checked-in for an individual event but fails to appear on the block on time.
RESTRICTIONS: Smoking and use of tobacco product and alcoholic beverage is prohibited on the
deck, locker rooms, spectator seating areas, and all areas used by swimmers. In order to run the meet
smoothly, some areas may need to clean up in order to run the meet smoothly.
CHECK-IN: The meet will be no deck check in. The meet schedule, heats and lanes arrangement will be
