中药提取物对龙胆叶枯病病原菌抗菌活性的筛选 作者：孙海峰 王喜军 王苏艳 杨婷 【摘要】 　　目的筛选抗龙胆叶枯病菌活性的中药。方法以龙胆叶枯病菌（Alternaria sp.）为供试菌种，对9种中药乙醇提取物进行抗龙胆叶枯病菌活性实验，采用有限稀释法，测定最低抑菌浓度。结果9种中药乙醇提取物均有抑菌作用，其中蛇床子、川楝子提取物14 d的最低抑菌浓度MIC100小于0.1 g/ml。结论蛇床子、川楝子具有较强的抗龙胆叶枯病菌作用，可进一步开发为防治龙胆叶枯病药物。 【关键词】 中药杀菌剂 抑菌作用 活性筛选 龙胆叶枯病 　　Abstract:Objective To screen the antifungal activity against Alternaria sp. of TCMs. MethodsThe antifungal activity against Alternaria sp. for the ethanol extracts of nine spEices of TCMs was tested on Alternaria sp.
