丹七片中丹参素的HPLC测定 【摘要】 目的　　用HPLC法测定丹七片中丹参素的含量。 方法 　　HPLC用外标一点法，Diamonsil ODS1 C18柱，甲醇- 水－冰乙酸（8：91：1）为流动相，流速为1.0ml/min，λ=281nm。结果　　丹参素在0.0747～0.224mg/ml范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为Y=7033980.19X-34659.73，r=0.9999，平均加样回收率99.4%，RSD为1.5%（n=6）。结论　　方法简便，准确，专属性强，测定结果重复性好，为丹七片中丹参素的定量 分析 提供了 科学 有效的方法。 【关键词】 丹七片 丹参素 HPLC 【Abstract】　　Objective　　To establish the method for detemining the content of Danshensu in Danqi Pian by HPLC.Methods　　Using Diamonsil ODS1 C18 Column, Methyl alcohol- wate- Acetic acid glacial（8：91：1） as the mobile phase,detection wavelength as 281nm and flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results　　 The calibrati
