全自动空气微生物采样器培养皿存储库设计.docx

摘 要空气微生物是指悬浮在空气中的微生物，空气微生物与空气污染、环境质量和人体健康有密切关系。研究空气微生物对人与自然的和谐相处有着重大意义。研究空气微生物首先要对空气微生物进行采样和培养。全自动空气微生物采样器培养皿存储库主要用于空气微生物的采样和培养，属于自动化特种装备。因为空气微生物种类繁多，微生物的大小大多数分布在0.65μm—7.0μm之间，对空气微生物进行分门别类的采样和培养是空气微生物采样系统的发展趋势。全自动微生物采样器培养皿存储库吸取了以往空气微生物采样系统的各项优点，并在其基础上设计出全新的空气微生物采样系统。全新的空气微生物采样系统能够满足各种复杂空气状况环境的使用。全自动空气微生物采样器培养皿存储库采样双机械手设计，6级Anderson型采样头层层过滤大小不同的微生物，大容量的培养皿存储库可以容纳54个培养皿。采样和培养的过程由微电脑控制进行，实现了采样和培养的全程自动化。关键词：空气微生物采样系统；自动化装备；机械手AbstractAirborne microbes refers to microorganisms suspended in the air, airborne microbes and air pollution, environmental quality and human health are closely related.
