木材舒展(国外英文资料)

木材皱缩(国外英文资料) The definition of contraction Shrinkage (collapse), also called crumple, collapse, is a wood drying moisture movement too quickly, the water evaporation tension caused by the collapse in the cell of irregular contraction, not because of the gap between microfibril and micelles convergence and thinning of cells after filtration results, but due to cell morphology change. In the process of wood drying, the shrinkage usually occurs during the evaporation of free water (unlike the dry shrinkage) and increases with the decrease in moisture content. The macroscopic expression of the shrinkage of the wood is that the surface of the plate is irregular and is indented and the cross section is irregular. Micro expression is usually a polygon or round cell dyke trapped inside, cells become flat and narrow small, shrinking serious when there will be slight crack in cell walls. Shrinking not only increased the shrinkage rate of lumber, loss increase, and because of its not occur in the wood all parts or cells of an organization and lead to deformation when the wood drying. It is often accompanied by internal fissure and surface cracking. The results showed that although most of the wood had different degree of shrinkage during drying, some tree species were more likely to occur [1]. Even the same wood, due to the growth of different parts, its shrinking degree is different also, in a relatively sapwood and heartwood later early wood materials, stem base and the tip is central, juvenile wood is prone to mature material shrinkage; Growth in swampy areas of wood, wood more grows in the dry region tylose content of timber wood pit and isolated from other prone to shrivel timber [2]. Mechanism of contraction About during wood drying shrinkage mechanism at present, there are two kinds of knowledge: one is that shrinkage is due to the pressure at the exit of wood drying stress more than wood cells caused by horizontal grain compressive strength, the compressive stress is
