664 Chin J Hemorh.2011;21(4) doi:10.3969/j.issn.1009-881X.2011.04.037 腹膜后异位嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断和治疗 孟令勤，刘 源，王 勇，杨福全，刘金钢* （中国医科大学附属盛京医院普外科，辽宁沈阳 110004） 摘要：目的 探讨腹膜后异位嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾分析2005年 1月～2010年 12月收治的经手术病理证实 的腹膜后异位嗜铬细胞瘤13例患者的临床资料。结果 有典型临床表现者4例，术前 13例均行CT检查，7例行24h尿香草扁桃 酸及血儿茶酚胺检测，术前确诊者4例。均手术切除，术中血压波动者 10例。5例高血压者，术后血压恢复正常4例，口服 降压药控制良好1例。结论 腹膜后异位嗜铬细胞瘤是一种临床上很容易被忽视的疾病，易产生不良后果。加强对该病的认 识、注意围手术期及术中处理是诊断和治疗的关键。 关键词：异位嗜铬细胞瘤；原发性腹膜后肿瘤；诊断；治疗 中图法分类号：R73 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-881X(2011)04-0664-03 Diagnosis and Treatment of Retroperitoneal Ectopic Pheochromocytomas MENG Ling-qin,LIU Yuan,WANG Yong,YANG Fu-quan,LIU Jin-gang (Department of Surgery,Shengjing Affi liated Hospital,China Medical University,Shenyang,Liaoning,110004) Abstract Objective ： To investigate the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal ectopic pheochromocytomas.Methods Data of 13 cases with retroperitoneal ectopic pheochromocytomas from 2005 to 2010 was retrospectively analysed.Results 4 cases have the typical clinical manifestation of pheochromocytomas.CT scan was performed in all cases,24 hour urinary VMA and serum catecholamine were examined in 7 cases,4 cases were diagnosed before operation,all cases undergone operation.The blood pressure of 10 cases fl uctuated between operation,and the hypertension of 4 cases were cured after surgical treatment while 1 case received drug therapy and blood pressure was controlled effectively.Conclusion Retroperitoneal ectopic pheochromocytomas is usually be disregarded.Recognization and peroperative period treatment are very important in diagnosis and therapy.
