第 16卷 第 10期 2010 年 10 月 Vol.16 No.10 Guiding Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy October.2010 中医药辅助实体肿瘤化疗增效减毒的 系统性评价* 傅 军，俞 杰，徐宏彬，李 玲 （同济大学附属第十人民医院，上海 200072 ） [摘要] 目的：评价中医药对实体肿瘤化疗的增效减毒作用。方法：检索中医药辅助实体肿瘤化疗的随机对照试验并进 行Meta分析。结果：共纳入24篇文献，Meta分析结果显示 ，中医药能显著提高实体肿瘤化疗近期疗效[OR=2.11 ，CI (1.59-2.79) ， P＜0.00001] ， 提高患者生活质量 （Karnofsky ，Z=9.72 ，P＜0.00001 ）， 减轻白细胞和血小板计数下降 [WBC OR=0.42 ，CI （0.31- 0.57 ），P=0.0007 ，PLT OR=0.41 ，CI（0.27-0.62 ），P＜0.0001] 。“漏斗图”图形显示存在发表性偏倚。结论：中药辅助肿瘤化疗 可提 高化疗有效率，减轻化疗的不良反应，改善生活质量。 [关键词] 中医药；增效减毒；化疗；Meta 分析 [中图分类号] R273 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-951X（2010 ）10-0108-04 Systematic evaluation about efficiency detoxification of Chinese traditional medicine adjuvant chemotherapy for solid tumors Fu Jun, Yu Jie, Xu Hongbin, Li Ling (Tenth People s Hospital Affiliated to Tongj i University, ShangHai, 200072 ， China) [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficiency detoxification of traditional Chinese medicine attenuated for entity tumors. Methods: Search for the randomized controlled trials of Chinese Medicine adjuvant chemotherapy for solid tumors and do the Meta-Analysis. Results: 24 documents are included. Meta-analysis showed that Chinese medicine can significantly improve the efficacy of solid tumor chemotherapy in recent[OR=2.11 ，CI(1.59-2.79) ，P＜0.00001] ，improve the quality of patients life （Karnof－ sky ，Z=9.72 ，P＜0.00001 ），Reduce the decline in white blood cell and platelet counts[WBC OR=0.42 ，CI （0.31-0.57 ），P=0.0007 ， PLT OR=0.41 ，CI （0.27-0.62 ），P＜0.0001]. The funnel plot graphics existence of publication bias. Conclusion: H
