《现代电子技术》2007 年第 23 期总第 262 期 　 通信与信息技术 扇形微带短截线型滤波器的设计 魏新泉 ,张绍洲 (新疆大学 电气工程学院　新疆 乌鲁木齐 　830008) 摘 　要 :采用扇形微带短截线作为滤波器的基本单元 ,设计出具有宽频特性的滤波器 ,在微波平面电路的设计中有着 良 好的应用前景 。通过设计扇形微带短截线单元的物理尺寸 ,能够实现特定频段的高选择性滤波器 。用 AD S 和 H F SS 对这种 新型滤波器与传统直形滤波器进行了特性对比 ,在特性方面 ,新型滤波器比传统滤波器具有更陡峭的过渡带和更宽的频带 等优点 ;在结构方面 ,新型滤波器电路相对传统滤波器可以减少基板面积 。 关键词 :扇形短截线 ;滤波器 ;微带线 ;AD S ; H F SS ( ) 中图分类号 : TN7 135 　　　　　文献标识码 :B 　　　　　文章编号 :1004373X 2007 2307703 Design of Radial Microstrip Stub Filter W EI Xinquan ,ZHAN G Shaozhou (College of Elect rical Engineering ,Xinj iang U niver sity ,U rumqi ,830008 ,China) Ab stract : The fundamental of designing radial line stubs have been widely applied in microwave planar circuit s and can design with a wide frequency characteristic of the filter . The design of radial stubs of topping the p hysical module size can achieve specific high fre quency selective filter . U sing the ADS and HFSS to contrast this new type of filter with the traditional straight - stub filter on charac teristics of filter ,in character ,new filter is steeper transition zone and the wider bandwidth advantages than with the traditional filter . On the structural side ,new filter can reduce more the area of the substrate than the traditional filter .
