PURPOSE Under the authority vested in the Secretary of Defense by Reference (a), this Directive: 1.1. Reissues Reference (b) to update the mission, organization and management, responsibilities and functions, relationships, and authorities of the DoDHRA, under the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD(PR)), in accordance with Reference (c). 1.2. Establishes the Defense Language Office (DLO), the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO), and the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) within the DoDHRA. 2. APPLICABILITY This Directive applies to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Military
