After-sales marketing is to communicate and promote parts sales and service sales as its basic function. Other than
this, it also covers different kind of loyalty programs in order to get our customers more understanding about the
usage and maintenance of the cars.
Also, after-sales marketing could include organizing a lot of interesting activities to extend the fascination of buying
a car. It could assist the customers to live differently together with their beloved vehicles.
All in all, after-sales marketing plays an extremely important role to enhance the customer satisfaction as well as to
retain their brand loyalty.

To promote after-sales marketing, MBCL has developed some exhibition materials about Mercedes-Benz aftersales
services and technologies to assist dealers who have needs to organize professional events for their aftersales custom-
ers.
MBCL would develop one set of these materials for each region, and make roadshow plans according to dealers’ appli-
cation schedule. CAS Branding Elements could let more customers understand Mercedes-Benz Aftersales services,
products and technologies, so as to enhance the public recognition towards Mercedes-Benz Aftersales function.
Moreover, design of the exhibition materials has to take into account events and shows of various scale all over China.
