(The following processes shall be controlled for all incoming materials quality control: P.O. processes and records for subcontractors; Incoming Quality Control (IQC) processes and records; Storage processes and records; Production processes and records.) 3．职责 (Departmental Responsibilities) 3.1品质部负责制定肥皂泡來料控制程序，车间监督实施情况、评估实施效果，和統計每批次肥皂泡來料的IQC结果，并建议改进措施；同时制订和更新肥皂泡供應商的品質管理。(Quality Department is responsible to conduct quality control of all incoming materials, such as Bubble quality, monitor subcontractors’ production quality and evaluate their performance of quality control; if necessary, Quality Department shall feedback their quality level and requires them to provide corrective action plan as well as improve their product quality. Meanwhile, Quality Department shall feedback subcontractors’ performance to Purchase Department for further supply-chain quality management.) 3.2 IQC部负责检查肥皂泡來料是否存在昆虫、或不衛生的品質問題, 以及根据情况與採購部聯合进行供應商品質改善及預防措施。(IQC team shall check whether or not all incoming materials/ semi-products are conformity and no critical defect found such as hygiene problem, odor smell, malfunction or quality problem of sharp edge / sharp point, etc. IQC shall report to Purchase Department for further requesting suppliers/sub-contractors to follow up corrective and preventive action (CAPA) as soon as possible.) 3.3 採購部负责确保采购订单当中,清楚列明所有来料(包含肥皂泡) 必须符合欧美玩具化学品的安全和卫生要求; 採購部应定期与IQC监察来料供应商的品质和服务水平, 以便确保供应链品质管理的有效进行。 (Purchase Department is responsible to show the terms of compliance requirements on chemicals, physical mechanic and electric safety of US and EU Toy Safety Regulati
