第25卷第 1期 印染助 剂 Vol.25No.1 2008年1月 TEXTILEAUXILIARIES Jan.2008 影响活性染料染色物皂洗效果因素的探讨 唐人成，常新亮，蒋珠红，廖 霞 （苏州大学材料工程学院，江苏苏州 215021） 摘 要：采用浮色洗除率评价活性染料染色物的皂洗效果,研究和分析了染后洗涤方式、电解质残留量、水硬度、皂洗液pH 值、皂洗温度和时间、染料亲和力和聚集程度对浮色洗除率的影响.聚集程度大的染料,其浮色洗除率低,且受皂洗前水洗温度、皂洗温 度和时间的影响大,但亲和力高的染料的浮色洗除率受残留元明粉的影响小;水硬度增加、pH值降低对洗除浮色不利.C.I.活性红120 和C.I.活性蓝21是典型的聚集程度大的染料,其浮色的洗除对影响皂洗效果的各因素十分敏感,特别适用于研究皂洗条件和皂洗剂 对皂洗效果的影响. 关键词：活性染料;皂洗;染色;水解染料 + 中图分类号:TS193.71 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1004-0439(2008)01-0016-04 Investigationonthefactorsaffectingthesoapingresults ofthefabricsdyedwithreactivedyes TANG Ren-cheng,CHANG Xin-liang,JIANG Zhu-hong,LIAO Xia （Coll.Mater.Eng.,SuzhouUniv.,Suzhou215021,China） Abstract：Theremovalpercentageoftheloosecolors(% RLC)wasusedtoevaluatethesoapingefficiency ofthefabricsdyedwithreactivedyes.TheaffectingfactorsontheRLCwerestudiedandanalyzed,suchas post-dyeingsoapingmeans,electrolyteresidualquantity,waterhardness,soapingliquorpHvalue,soapingtem- peratureandtime,dyeaffinityandaggregationdegree.TheRLCwaslowandwasalsoaffectedgreatlybythe pre-soapingwaterwashingtemperature,soapingtemperatureandtimewhenthedyeshadhighaggregationde- gree.ThesodiumsulfateresidueinfluencedslightlyontheRLCofhighaffinitydyes,andthewaterhardnessin- creaseandpHvaluedecreasewerenotfavorable.TheRLCofC.I.reactivered120andblue21(typicalhighagg- regationtendencydyes)wassensitivelyaffectedbythedifferentfactors,theyareparticularlyusefulinthere- searchesforsoapingconditionsandsoapingresultsofthesoapingagents.
