继发性PICC导管异位的观察与护理 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨继发性PICC导管异位的原因以及预防护理措施。方法：对来笔者所在医院诊断、治疗的475例PICC置管患者相关资料进行分析，患者入院后均行常规检查，均置入PICC管治疗，对置管后发生异位的患者进行观察，分析患者导管异位的原因以及相应的预防护理措施。结果：475例患者中26例发生异位，异位率为5.47%，其中65例左贵要静脉，2例发生异位，异位率为3.07%；55例左正中静脉，6例发生异位，异位率为10.91%；20例左头静脉，5例发生异位，异位率为25.00%；190例右贵要静脉，8例发生异位，异位率为4.21%；100例右正中静脉，4例发生异位，异位率为4.00%；45例右头静脉，1例发生异位，异位率为2.22%。结论：继发性PICC导管异位发生率较高，患者在置管前应该加强评估，并且选择合适的血管，穿刺时应该正确的摆放患者体位，并加强患者配合，降低导管异位发生率 【关键词】 继发性PICC导管； 异位； 原因； 预防护理措施 中图分类号 R473 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）28-0089-03 Observation and Nursing of Secondary PICC Catheter Ectopia/CAI Bao-hua，LIN Li-zhen.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（28）：89-91 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the causes of secondary PICC catheter heterotopia and preventive nursing measures.Method：475 cases of secondary treatment of PICC catheter related data were analyzed in our hospital，patients were treated by routine examination，were implanted into the PICC tube in the treatment of ectopic，opposed after patients were observed，the causes of patients with ectopic catheter were analyzed and the corresponding preventive nursing measures.Result：475 cases of patients，26 cases of ectopic，ectopic rate was 5.47%.65 cases of left basilic vein，2 cases of ectopic，ectopic rate was 3.07%.55 cases of left middle vein，6 cases of ectopic，ectopic rate was 10.91%.20 cases left cephalic vein，5 cases of ectopic，ectopic rate was 25.00%.190 cases of right basilic vein，8 cases of ectopic，ectopic rate was 4.21%.100 cases of right in the middle of vein，4 cases of ectopic ectopic rate was 4.00%.45 cases right cephalic vein，1 case of ectopic，ectopic rate was 2.22%.Conclusion：Secondary PICC misplacement occurred at a higher rate，patients should strengthen the evaluation before the catheter is inserted，and the choice of suitable vessels，puncture should be properly placed patients posture，and strengthen the patients cooperation，reduce the incidence of catheter heterotopia. 【Key words】 Secondary PICC catheter； Ectopic； Reas
