Ab strac t Nearly half of renal carcinomas are confirm ed, in its advanced sta e and lost the thus be
come unsectab le. Routine chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormonal therapy show poor efficacies. In
recent years, molecu larly tar eted therapy in tumor show ed prom isin future. M olecu larly tar eted therapy
has ach ieved si n ificant advances in tumor therapy. In this article, the author made a rew iew based on
the latest research on molecularly tar eted therapy for advanced renal carcinoma.
