加味金水六君煎对肺癌围术期患者免疫调节的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨加味金水六君煎对肺癌围术期患者免疫调节的影响。 方法 回顾性分析2015年6月～2016年4月广东省中医院胸外科收治的非小细胞肺癌并行标准肺肿瘤切除术的患者60例的临床资料，依据治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为对照组和汤药组，每组30例。对照组采用生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注，汤药组给予加味金水六君煎冲服。采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）评价患者治疗前后的疼痛度，采用Kamofsky功能状态评分（KPS）评估患者生活质量，采用酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）法检测血浆CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK、白介素-2（IL-2）、白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-10（IL-10）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的水平。记录两组毒副作用发生情况。 结果 治疗后，汤药组VAS评分显著低于对照组，KPS评分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 加味金水六君煎在改善肺癌围术期患者免疫力方面有显著的临床效果，且药物毒副作用并不升高 [关键词] 加味金水六君煎；肺癌；免疫调节 [中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）10（c）-0138-04 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction for the immunoregulation of perioperative patients with lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer taking standard pulmonary tumor resection admitted to Department of Chest Surgery， Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to April 2016 was analyzed retrospectively. According to different treating methods， all patients were divided into control group and decoction group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given 250 mL normal saline by intravenous drip， the decoction group was given Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction. The pain degree of patients before and after treatment was analyzed by visual analogue scale （VAS）， the quality of life was evaluated by Karnofsky performance status （KPS）， the levels of plasma CD3+， CD4+， CD8+， NK， interleukin-2 （IL-2）， interleukin-6 （IL-6）， interleukin-10 （IL-10）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The conditions of side effects in the two groups were recorded. Results After treatment， the score of VAS in the decoction group was lower than that of control group， the score of KPS was higher than that of control group， the differences were all statistically significant （P 0.05）.
