Knowing what will happen to you in ten years time, which, in this case, could be a kidney disorder, will actually let you think more clearly today before going on with that eating habit of yours. The first step that you should do is to set in your mind that this healthy diet is going to be successful. This is going to be a process, and it should be done step by step, little by little. You really dont need to keep on counting the calories that youve obtained for youll just end up frustrated. First, think of the foods that you love. For now, think only of the healthy ones. Surely theres a vegetable or a fruit that you love to eat. Next, look for recipes, simple ones that contain these foods. Gradually start from there and you will come to appreciate the other nutritious foods as well. These simple steps will definitely perk you up(使你振奋) and make you start that healthy diet again.
