河北医药 年 月第 卷第 期 ， ， ， 802 2006 9 28 9 Hebei MedicaI JournaI Sep 2006 VoI 28 No .9 ·论著· 肝脏切除术术中出血的处理 王钢 江奎 赵利锋 王涛 【摘要】 目的 探讨肝脏部分切除术术中出血的止血方法。方法 回顾分析了 例肝脏部分切 36 除术患者的原发疾病、手术方式、术中采取的止血方法及出血量、术后并发症及近期疗效。结果 术中 均采用常温下间歇性第一肝门阻断止血技术，平均阻断时间 12 min ；术中出血 200 ~ 1 200 mI ，平均 400 ；术后出现肝功能不全 例，胆瘘 例，创面大量渗血 例。结论 在常温间歇性肝门阻断下，注意术 mI 2 1 5 中止血方法可减少术中出血的发生。但靠近第一、二、三肝门的肝切除，止血措施有各自的特殊性。 【关键词】 肝脏；手术；止血；方法 ， ， ， Treatment of hemorrhage in hepatectomy WANG Gang JIANG Kui ZHA O Lifeng et al .
