普通式双柱汽车举升机设计 摘 要：随着社会发展，汽车成了必不可少的交通工具，汽车的维修和保养也越来越多，在各种各样汽车维修厂和保养店中，汽车举升机都是必不可少的维修机械，而其中双柱式汽车举升机应用的较多。现在，市场上有许多种类的举升机，双柱举升机，四柱举升机，剪式举升机，汽车举升机组合。此文简单的介绍了举升机的种类，我们根据提供的数据来确定举升机的方案之后，选择了龙门双柱式举升机来进行了设计与说明，使得举升稳定且安全，后面又对举升机的结构和工艺进行了分析和计算。然后校核双柱的刚强度，校核计算托臂的强度。后面再对液压缸的活塞杆的安全性和刚度和压杆强度校核，确保提升机按照设计使用要求，安全实用。 这次的毕业设计是汽车维修普通龙门式双柱举升机，我们采用了液压驱动的方式，设计的特点包含有：1操作简单，安全可靠；2价格实惠，拥有较大的市场份额；3龙门式无横梁，拆装方便；4采用可伸缩式非对称托臂，加大托臂工作范围；5适用于各种轿车；6使用寿命较长；7低能耗，节约能源。 关键词：龙门式，双柱举升机，举升安全稳定，保险装置，液压启动、强度校核， Abstract with the development of society,?the car?has become an indispensable?means of transport,?car repair and maintenance?is also more and more,?in a variety of?car?repair?plant? shop,?car lift?repair?machinery?are?essential,?and the?double column type auto should be?used more.?Now,?there are?many types of?lifting machine?market,?double lift,?machine,?auto lift?machine combination.?This paper?introduces a simple?type of?lifting machine,?we?provide?data to determine the?lifting?scheme,?the choice of Long men?double column lifting machine?was?designed and introduced,?the?lifting?stability and safety,?and?the?back?lifting machine structure?and process?are analyzed and calculated.?Then?just?check the strength of?double column,?the?strength?checking calculation.?Back then?the safety?of?the piston rod?of the hydraulic cylinder?and the?stiffness and?strut strength?checking,?ensure the?hoist?in accordance with there quire of design,?safety and practicality.
