专家讲座系列一针刀医学发展简史 　　[摘要] 本文通过回顾针刀的诞生、针刀疗法的形成、针刀技术的临床应用到针刀医学的形成的过程，找出针刀医学发展过程中，针刀技术从基层医院走向三甲医院、针刀人才培养从临床短期培养走向全国高等医药院校学历教育、针刀学术交流平台从无到有、从小到大的重要时间节点，解析针刀医学发展过程与针刀技术临床应用范围的扩大、针刀医学人才培养方式的变化以及针刀医学学术交流拓展之间的内在联系，阐明针刀医学是以针刀医学理论体系为基础的、独立于中西医之外的独立的医学体系，是一门具有自主知识产权的全新的医学学科，是中国新医学，从而确定当代针刀医学医务工作者及科研人员在针刀医学发展中的定位和历史使命，加深医务工作者对针刀医学整体概念的理解，树立正确的医学思维导向和科学的思维方法，提高他们对针刀医学的认识 [关键词] 针刀；针刀医学；发展史 [中图分类号] R245 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）09（c）-0159-04 [Abstract] This paper reviews the birth of needle knife， the formation of acupotomy， the clinical application of acupuncture technique and the formation process of acupotomology. To find out the time nodes during the process of the development of acupotomology， these time nodes are when the acupotomology enter the primary hospitals and to the top three hospitals， when the acupuncture training from clinical short term culture to the higher medical college education， and when the academic exchange platform of acupotomology from scratch， from small to large. To understand the development process of acupotomology and the expanding scope of clinical application of needle knife technology. To describe the intrinsic link between the changes in the ways of cultivating talents in acupotomology and acupotomology academic exchanges. To illuminate acupotomology is based on the theoretical system of acupotomology， it is a new medical science which is independent of the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine and is a new Chinese medicine with independent intellectual property rights. Thereby， we can ensure the positioning and historical mission of the acupotomology medical workers and the scientific research personnel in the development period of acupotomology. To deepen understanding the understand of acupotomology of different periods of the medical workers， establishing a correct thinking orientation and scientific thinking method and to improve their understanding of acupotomology.
