Porcine testis leyd ig cells isolated by enzymatic digestion and steel net filtrationw ere ro nd and large. It began to attach cl mps after 4~ 6 h of c lt re, proliferated to form monolayers at 48 h of c lt re, and confl ented on 3~ 5 d of c lt re. These res ltsw ill provide a basis for isolation and in v itro c lt re of porcine testis eydig cells.
