China) [Abstract) Objtctl.e To make a CFT-PET brain functional imaging standard template for statistical analysis with st刮目i­ ca\ paramelric mapping (SPM) . Metb倒也 Ten contro\s and 1\ patients wilh advanced Parkinson s disease (PD) underwent CFT- PET 配anning. Ten conlrol , imaging data were used 10 investigate the standard templale. and the data of PD group were used 10 validate the usefulness of the standard template. R臼Illts The results of SPM showed thal the dopamine t rans- port町 (DAT) in PD group reduced in slrialum compared with thal of normal conlrols. The area of DAT reduction in stria- lum of lhe more seriously damaged side was larger than lhat of the contralateral 剖de in PD paticnts. and the r臼ults proved the usability of the standard template. ConcJusi佣 The standard template of brain functional imaging in this paper can be used 10 analyze the CFT-PET imaging data successfully. and SPM is an accurate and ob;ective statistical method.
