Note that we use ‘an’ in front of nouns which starts with a vowel SOUND. (It is wrong to tell pupils that we use ‘an’ before words starting with A, E, I, O, or U.) Pupils complete AH page 8, a word puzzle. Note that the plural ‘s’ is needed here. Period 3 Listen to the tape several times.
