脱硫车间初步设计说明书.doc

摘 要 本设计为300万t/a焦炭焦化厂脱硫车间初步设计，采用的煤气脱硫方法为湿法脱硫的改良ADA法。本设计的目的是脱除焦炉煤气中的硫化氢，使硫化氢的浓度达到20mg/m3以下，同时要使生产出来的煤气各项指标满足要求，达到符合国家标准化工厂生产设计要求。本设计分为工艺部分和非工艺部分，工艺部分包括煤气净化,脱硫液再生及硫磺的回收，净化装置采用了脱硫塔，选用了四个脱硫塔并联同时工作，脱硫塔的塔径为3800mm，塔高为17800mm。再生部分采用了再生塔及其他一些辅助设备，再生塔的塔径为7400mm，塔高为51000mm。回收硫部分采用了戈尔膜过滤器。非工艺部分包括土建，供气，供电，采暖与通风，蒸汽与压缩空气，仪表及自动化，设备维修，环保，经济核算等。共绘制了3张图纸，分别为脱硫塔的设备图，设备布置图和工艺流程图。 关键词 焦炉煤气 脱硫 改良ADA法 Abstract The design of 3 million t/a preliminary design of coke plant desulfurization section, gas desulfurization methods for the improvement of wet desulphurization ADA law.
