摘 要 自我效能感是指个体对自己是否能成功地进行某一成就行为的主观判断(Tremblay Gardner, 1995)。学生的学业自我效能感与学生的学业成就正相关。培养和激发学生学习的自我效能感是提高学习效果的有效途径。因此，自我效能感已成为教育学、心理学界共同的研究热点。英语学习自我效能感是自我效能感在英语学习过程中的具体体现，是学生对自己是否能够成功地进行英语学习的主观判断。 本文从以下几个方面分析、探讨如何培养和激发涉外护理专业学生英语学习的自我效能感: 1.自我效能感理论介绍。 2.通过问卷调查分析涉外护理专业学生英语学习的自我效能感现状。 3.在问卷调查、个别访谈和理论分析的基础上对影响学生英语学习自我效能感的因素进行分析。 4.在对影响学生英语学习自我效能感的因素分析和涉外护理专业英语学习现状分析的基础上，提出相应的培养、激发学生的英语学习自我效能感的改进措施。 5.在培养、激发学生的英语学习自我效能感的同时，强调了教师的观念的转变同时激发和培养英语教师教学的自我效能感。 希望本文能对从事涉外护理专业英语教学的同仁在培养和提高涉外护理专业学生英语学习自我效能感方面有所启发和帮助。 关键词: 理论依据;现状调查;因素分析;自我效能感 涉外护理专业学生英语学习的自我效能感 培养和激发 Abstract Self-efficiency refers to an individual’s belief that he or she has the capability of reaching a certain level of performance or achievement (Tremblay Gardner, 1995). Students self-efficiency and their learning achievements are positively interrelated. So it is a very effective way to improve the students study by enhancing the students self-efficiency. Nowadays researches on students self-efficiency in study are very popular in the fields of education and psychology. Self-efficiency in English learning is the specific incarnation of students self-efficiency in the course of English study. This thesis analyses some approaches，from the following aspects, how to foster and stimulate the self-efficiency of International Nursing Students in English learning in the rural areas of China. Firstly, it introduces the theory of self-efficiency. Secondly, a questionnaire is carried out to investigate the conditions of International Nursing students self-efficiency in English learning. Thirdly, the thesis analyses different elements that may affect students self-efficiency in English learning on the basis of the questionnaire, including individual talks and theoretical analysis.
