摘要 近年来，随着国内汽车工业的快速发展，汽车行业竞争日趋加剧。为了提高新产品的设计效率，降低生产成本，各企业进行设计软件的二次开发。本文所做的工作正是对CATIA进行二次开发，主要目标就是开发出基于CATIA的商用车万向传动装置零件库。该零件库利用VB和CATIA完成对商用车万向传动装置零部件的开发。 首先，本文对当前国内外的CAD二次开发的现状进行了讨论，并对本课题研究的目的和意义进行了说明，并简要的描述了本文内容的基本架构。然后，探讨了CATIA的二次开发方法及步骤。接着，本文分析了商用车零部件库的设计方法，最后利用VB语言对CATIA进行二次开发，建立了具有可视化界面。CATIA  Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic auto industry, competition of automobile industry is becoming increasingly intensified. In order to improve the design efficiency and get lower production costs, most manufacturers chose to make a secondary development, have been done some work on the development of the Parts library, and as people know more about the importance, more and more companies will join in the secondary development of design software. This work is done to make a secondary development of CAITIA, and the main goal is to develop a three-dimensional CATIA-based propeller shafts and universal joints library. The library use VB and CATIA to finish development of Parts library. First, the paper discussed the current situation of secondary development of CAD in domestic and international, meanwhile described the purpose and significance of the research and made a brief description of the contents of this article infrastructure. Then, the secondary development methods and steps for CATIA were discussed. Then the paper analyzes the methods of how to design?the?parts?library for commercial vehicles, using VB language of CATIA for secondary development in the finally and establishing a visual interface.
