Organize and prioritize your life
Don’t try and please EVERYONE! (Hint-it’s impossible) START with pleasing YOURSELF!
When faced with a problem…Ask yourself these questions:
Is this MY problem?
Is there anything I can do to change this problem?
What can I do to make sure it doesn’t happen again?
Leave yourself personal time to relax each day (even 5 minutes)
BE OPTIMISTIC! Look on the bright side.
EXERCISE! 20-30 minutes at least 3 times per week. It is a natural high!
