Teachers professional development stage is the inspiration for teachers education

Abstract: this paper analyses the novice, skilled and expert teachers at different stages of professional development in teaching strategy, work motivation, the characteristics of the professional commitment and job burnout, points out that should be based on the characteristics of the teacher professional development at different stages to take corresponding measures for teacher education: to strengthen the intervention of novice teachers growth; To fully recognize the sensitivity and critical importance of the familiar hand stage; Give full play to the advantages of expert teachers.
Teachers constantly in the process of professional development for the teaching of professional knowledge and skills, establish professional consciousness of independent development, improve the professional norms and values, gradually up to teachers professional role. Teachers professional development is a development process that runs through the career, it is a process that is not mature to mature, lifelong improvement. One of the focus of teacher professional development study is to investigate the teachers in the process of professional development of different stages and different characteristics, its purpose is to explore teachers growth rule, in order to better help teachers face smoothly must undergo the stage of professional development, at the same time as an effective teacher education provides beneficial enlightenment and train of thought.
