In addition to the littoral zone mining, the causes of coastal erosion resulted from defi- ciency of sedim ents by building of reservoirs on almost all of the nearby rivers are pointed out, a series of countermeasures and tech niques are suggested in rational exploitation of littoral zone sands with subsidiary extraction of placer deposits, de- fense of eroded coasts , dredging of deposits in the reservoir instead of littoral zone mining as w ell as strict execution of state s laws and the last judgment of the Provincial High Court.
