西 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 （学位研究生） 题目：神木县未成年人犯罪原因及预防措施研究 Northwestern Polytechnical University Master，s Dissertation (Master，s Degree) Title: Research on Shenmu county juvenile crime causes and preventive measures Author: Wanxia Liu Subject: The Research of Marxism in the Chinese Content Tutor: Minfang Fan March, 2014  摘 要 文章以神木县近几年未成年人犯罪情况为研究内容,从未成年人犯罪性别、年龄、文化水平、职业身份、犯罪类型、犯罪组织结构、犯罪空间地域八方面系统分析了神木县未成年人犯罪存在的问题及发展趋势。认为导致当前神木县未成年人犯罪的主要原因是社会因素的不良影响、学校、家庭方面的因素及自身原因，提出七条神木县未成年人犯罪预防的对策建议:（一）真正发挥政府领导作用,建立健全预防工作体系(二)增强少年司法政策及其执行力度（三）进一步完善未成年人犯罪的社会预防对策（四）加强家庭预防重要功能的发挥（五）积极发挥学校职责（六）抓住要害,要做好重点未成年人群体的犯罪预防工作(七)积极探索和推广心理矫治方法。 关键词:未成年人犯罪, ?现状,?趋势, ?原因, ?预防对策 Abstract The Shenmu county in recent years, the juvenile crime as theresearch object, from the crime of gender, age, culture degree,identity crime of occupation, crime types, organized crime, crimeof regional spatial structure analysis of the eight currentsituation and trend of the minor crime problems in Shenmu county.That led to the current Shenmu county juvenile crime is the maincause of the negative effects of social factors, school factors,family factors and self factors, put forward seven countermeasuresin Shenmu county juvenile crime prevention: (a) and the governmentplays a leading role, establishing and perfecting the preventionsystem (two) to strengthen the juvenile the judicial policy and itsenforcement (three) improvement of the juvenile criminal socialprevention strategies (four) play a vital role in family prevention(five) play school duties (six) to seize the key, and do focusgroups of juvenile crime prevention work (seven) and exploring thepsychological treatment methods.
