QM 11.0 检验、测量和检测仪器的控制 生效日期Date Issued: 2012.06.05 REF.QM 11.0 CONTROL OF INSPECTION, MEASURING, 页码Page: 1/6 AND TEST EQUIPMENT 1.0 范围 SCOPE 本程序适用于本公司所有计量器具的管理。 This procedure applies to the management of all measuring instruments of the Company. 2.0 目的PURPOSE 明确本公司所有计量器具的管理，防止过期量具的非预期使用。 The purpose hereof is to clarify the management code for all the measuring instruments of the company to prevent the unintended use of expired instruments. 3.0 职责 RESPONSIBILITY 3.1 量具管理员负责计量器具的入厂验收、编号、建帐，负责计量器具周期校准计划的编制、内校 量具的内部校准以及外校量具的送检，并对其准确性负责。 Measuring instrument controllers shall carry out incoming acceptance, number, set up account for, prepare the periodic calibration plan of, internally calibrate internal ones and send out for external calibration of measuring instruments and be responsible for their accuracy. 3.2 计量器具使用部门或领用人负责领出计量器具的保管、检查工作。 The user department or collector of measuring instruments is responsible for custody and inspection of outgoing measuring instruments. 4.0 量具的种类 GAUGE TYPE 4.1 检测量具：游标卡尺、内沟槽卡尺、高度卡尺、游标万能角度尺、测微头、千分尺、指示表、 内径表、直角尺、粗糙度对比样块、卡规、杠杆表、标准量块、水平仪、标准量块、螺纹规、 自制规、塞规、比重计、放大镜、半径样板、表面样块和色块、平板、块规； Inspection: vernier caliper, inner groove caliper, height gauge, vernier universal point scale, micrometer head micrometer, instruction sheet, diameter table, rectangular device, roughness comparison specimens, calipers, levers table, standard gauge block, level, the standard gauge blocks, thread gauges, self-regulation, plug, hydrometer, magnifying glass, the radius of a model, surface-like blocks and blocks of color, flat, block gauge; 4.2 检测设备：投影
