四手操作在正畸直丝弓矫治器托槽粘接中的应用 范雪兰 安春青 纪永芳 [摘要] 目的 评价四手操作技术在直丝弓矫治器托槽粘接中的应用效果。 方法 随机选择60例采用直丝弓矫治技术的错合畸形患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，各30例。实验组全口托槽粘接由四手操作完成，对照组由医师独立完成，分别统计操作时间及正畸托槽粘接位置准确性，并由一名高级职称医师检查。实验组平均操作时间30.75±5.40分钟，600个托槽中粘接位置准确的有567个；对照验平均操作时间50.17±7.30分钟，580个托槽中粘接位置准确的有464个；两组比较有显著性差异（P0.01）。 结论 四手操作可以减少托槽粘接时间，增加直丝弓矫治器托槽粘接位置的准确性，保证正畸治疗的效果，值得推广应用。 [关键词] 正畸；直丝弓矫治；四手操作；护理 To assess the application of “four-handed operation”technique in straight wire appliance Fan Xuelan, An Chunqing , Ji Yongfang [Abstract] Objective:To assess the effectiveness of “four-handed operation”. Method :180 patients who had applied in straight wire appliance were selected randomly. The effectiveness and the patient’ satisfaction rates were observed when four－handed operation was strictly carried out . Results :This method worked well in orthodontics treatment clinically，the patient all fell satisfactory. Within the 180 patients, the satisfaction rate to doctors was 98.3% and the one to nurses was 99.4%.Conclusion：Nurses display initiative in orthodontics treatment through four-handed technique ,the patients can reduce the time of treatment .the efficiency of treatment and degree of satisfaction of patients can be improved .
