生态压力下产业链上下游煤炭企业间的博弈研究 1，2 1 3 田富军 ，杨昌明 ，王军 （1.中国地质大学管理学院，430074 ；2.义马煤业（集团）股份有限公司，472300 ；3.陕西 维德科技股份公司，710049 ） 摘要：运用冲突分析方法，对在提倡减少环境污染、坚持可持续发展等生态压力情况下，产 业链上下游煤炭企业的发展战略选择进行了研究。选择产业链上游煤炭企业、产业链下游煤 炭企业和政府主管部门作为局中人，建立冲突分析模型进行分析。稳定性分析结果表明，产 业链上游煤炭企业倾向于通过减少污染排放，内部消化生态压力；产业链下游企业则会选择 通过转变生产模式，解决面临的生态压力；而政府主管部门则倾向于不采取任何行动。 关键词：冲突分析；煤炭企业；产业链 The Game Study on Upper and Lower Coal Enterprises in Industrial Chain under the Ecology Pressure 1，2 1 3 Tian Fujun ，Yang Changming ，Wang Jun (1.School of Management, China University of Geosciences, 430074 ；2.Yima Coal Industry Ltd., 472300 ；3.Shaanxi Weide Technology Ltd., 710049) Abstract: In this paper, we study the strategy choice of upper and lower coal enterprises in industrial chain under the pressure of econology pressure using conflict analysis. We select upper coal enterprises, lower coal enterprises in industrial chain and government as the three players to build conflict analysis model. The results of stability analysis indicate that upper coal enterprises in industrial chain tend to in-house digest the econology pressure; lower coal enterprises would like to solve the econology pressure through manufacturing model innovation; the government may take no action.
