公立医院公开招考职员面试工作的实践与探索

近年来, 我国机关事业单位在选拔人才方面打破传统模式, 公开招考 逐渐成为各单位选
拔人才的有效途径面试是公开招考过程中不可或缺的一环, 也是决定考生能否被录用的决定性一环,

如何在面试中实现公正, 是各用人单位一直在探索的问题公正包括实体公正和程序公正 , 公正作为
面试工作的中心指导思想, 不仅要体现在面试结果中即实体公正, 更要体现在面试过程中即程序公正
笔者认为, 要做到程序及结果公正, 应充分做好面试前期的各项准备工作, 注重考官队伍建设, 从分析岗
位要素着手, 合理安排面试项目及各项目所占权重, 正确运用否决权; 整 个面试过程的有效监督; 面试后
畅通的反馈投诉渠道等是确保公正得于实现的有力保障

Abstract In recent years, Organs and instit tions in t he selection of talent to break the tradition
al mode, p blic recr itment has grad ally become an effective ways of selecting personnel to employers.
Interview is the integral part of the p blic recr itment, w hich is also the decisive part for the candidat es.
How to achieve j stice in the interview is the em ployer s exploring problems. J stice incl des s bstantive
j st ice and proced ral j stice, as the center of the work of g iding t he interview , j stice not only res lts
that s bstantive j stice in the interview , b t also reflects proced rally fair in the int erview process. I be
lieve that, in order to be j st ice in process and o t come, examiners sho ld f lly prepare the pre- inter
view, foc sing on the examiner ranks, proceed from the analysis of job factors, reasonable arrangements
for the interview project and the projects proportion, the correct se of the veto; effective s pervision of
the entire interview process; interview smooth feedback, complaint channels sho ld be g aranteed to en
s re j stice be on a st rong achieving protection.
