How ever , the binary structure of pow ers consisting of academic and ad- ministrative pow ers has apparent defects, and has caused many problems. T herefore, based , on deconstructing the binary structure of pow ers it is imperative to build up a ternary struc- ture of powers involving academic, administrative pow ers, and students rights in universitys internal management.
