Hunan Venus warehousing industry development present situation, Hunan Venus forklift Co., Ltd. enterprise warehouse management status and development of existing problems are analyzed, and combined with the knowledge, the existing problems to put forward the optimization strategy of warehouse management, the deficiency to improve in order to change the traditional management philosophy, the use of new technology, make full use of storage resources and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Its significance is to ensure the smooth progress of the enterprise reproduction activities and improve storage capacity, speed up capital turnover, save costs, reduce costs, improve the effective way of economic benefits.
