民营中小企业的融资渠道问题研究 摘要 中小企业在世界各国都是国民经济中的一支重要力量，随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步建立和完善，中小企业也日益显示出举足轻重的地位。我国改革开放20多年来，民营中小企业得到了蓬勃的发展，为社会贡献了75%以上的就业岗位，是中国经济快速发展的源动力。然而，民营中小企业融资难，融资渠道不畅通一直是困扰着民营中小企业发展的瓶颈。 论文首先阐述了研究民营中小企业融资渠道的背景，对国内外并探讨了民营中小企Study on the Financing Channel Problems of Private SMEs Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have played a significant part in national economy of all countries. With the establishment and consummation of the market economy of socialism in our country, SMEs have become an increasing role in this economy system. Private SMEs have been developing rapidly in the past 20 years since the Reform and Open-up Policy was carried out, which provide more than 75% employment opportunities and have become the primary source of the booming economy. However, the difficult of financing problems and financing channels have long restricted the development of the SMEs. At first the article proposed background, goal and significance of the research on SMEs of financing channels in China, then it analyzes theory from domestic and foreign about SMEs of financing channels and explores reasons of impeded financial channels，followed by this article s mentality and method.difficulties from the financing channels. That is to increase the investment from the government and the country, to improve their inner quality and to enhance the financing channels among the financial institution, financial market and the private SMEs. In a word, it is necessary to let them collaborate closely so that cans we basically solve the financing difficulties. In a word, only when all forces, such as the government, private SMEs, financing institutions and financial market, coordinated together, can the problems of narrow financing channel and difficulties of private SMEs be solved essentially.
