2013 11 21 11 MODEＲN ONCOLOGY ，Nov. 2013 ，VOL. 21，NO. 11 ·2549 · 现代肿瘤医学 年 月 第 卷第 期 2002 年－ 20 11 年广西肿瘤医院6173 例肝恶性肿瘤分析 ， 冯庆云 贺海平 The analysis of 6173 cases of hepatic malignant tumor from 2002 to 20 11 in Guangxi Tumor Hospital Feng Qingyun ，He Haiping The Aff iliated Tumor Hosp ital of Guangxi Medical University ，Guangxi Nanning 530021，China． 【Abstract 】 Objective: To analyze features of age ，gender ，ethnicity and geographical distribution ，pathological type and outcome of hepatic malignancy in Guangxi Tumor Hospital in recent ten years． Methods: Collected the data of first admission cases of liver malignancies from 2002 to 2011 in our hospital． Ｒesults: The admissions for the first time in 2011 than in 2002 increased by 78． 6% ，male and female ratio was 7 ． 14 ∶ 1． The peak incidence of age was between 30 － 60 years old ，after the age of 30 the incidence rate was 94 ． 5% ; most patients came from the areas of central and southern Guangxi ，in which ethnic groups Han and Zhuang accounted for more than 98% ． Primary liver cancer ac- counts for 97 ． 7% of the malignant tumors of the liver ，other malignant liver tumors( such as neuroendocrine tumor an- giosarcoma ，fibrosarcoma) accounted for 2 ． 3% ． AFP positive in 7 1． 8% and HBsAg positive in 80 ． 4 % ，both were positive in 62 ． 8% ，both were negative in 10 ． 6% ． Intrahepatic metastasis in 234 cases of metastasis of malignant tumors accounted for 35 ． 0% ，34 ． 6% lung metastases ，bone metastases 9 ． 4 % ，3． 0% brain metastases ，the lymph nodes around 15 ． 4 % ，other 2 ． 6% ． Conclusion: In recent years ，the region of malignant liver tumors rapidly increased and the incidence of men was far more than women． The disease occurs in the central and southern areas in G
