For example, ratio range of -130 dB or greater can be measured for the denominator component level of 100V [rms]. The measurement range increases by 10dB in plus side and decreases by 10dB in minus side every time the denominator component level decreases by 10dB. Overall dynamic range of 130dB does not change. Either % or dB is available for the display unit of the ratio measurement.
