教学单位：化学与材料科学学院 学号： 湖北工程学院 201 届本科毕业论文（设计） 论文题目 ： 性能研究 专 业 ： 化学（应用方向） 学生姓名 ： 指导教师 ： Si/C复合材料的制备及电化学性能研究 摘要：本采用共沉淀法Si/C复合材料作锂离子电池负极材料，并研究其电化学性能通过扫描电镜（SEM）X射线衍射仪和充放电测试等手段对样品进行表征分析。在100mA·g-1，0.01-.0 V 测试条件下，复合材料的首次充电比容量为571.77mAh/g，首次放电比容量544.2mAh/g，首次库伦效率为95.19%循环周后比容量仍保持在 mAh·g-1左右。这种简易的方法为硅类材料的改性提供了一种新关键词：锂离子电池；负极材料；SiC复合材料； Preparation and Electrochemical performance of Si/C Composites Material Abstract：In the two different morphologies silicon carbon composites material were synthesized with the coprecipitation, as anodes material in the lithium ion batteries, and studied its electro
