Preface
To win in a highly competitive market economy, enterprises must have high-quality personnel, and staff training and development is an essential part of improving quality. In a sense, whether an enterprise attaches importance to employee training and development can foresee its potential competitiveness in the future.

First, what is training and development?
(1) definition of training
Staff training and development is an enterprise in order to enable the staff to obtain or improve work related knowledge, skills, motivation, attitude and behavior, to improve their performance and their contribution to the goal of enterprise, enterprise as planned and systematic efforts.
(two) role analysis of training;
There are four main roles involved in the training of enterprises: top leadership, human resources, functional departments and employees.
There are obvious differences between the four roles in the training activities.
