Teacher personal development program
(the first semester of the 2011-2012 academic year)
2011 was my second year of work, an important and productive year in my personal development program. I have made the following personal professional development plan for myself:
I. self analysis of professional development
1, advantages: (1) good at collecting teaching resources, can make full use of all aspects of information materials, enrich classroom teaching, and earnestly implement the two curriculum reform teaching philosophy.
(2) the teaching enthusiasm is high, and the exchange of students is more patient.
2, insufficient: (1) the understanding of students is not deep enough, and my own accumulation of teaching experience is still less.
(2) from the explanation and analysis of students homework, they will be transferred to the students and used in place. More knowledge needs to be reflected from the homework, and the knowledge should be broader.
3, countermeasures: (1) indispensable is constantly charging themselves, self-study or graduate study is necessary to strengthen their knowledge in English, education, psychology, literature, history and other aspects of knowledge.
(2) improve the communication style with different students, and actively strengthen the understanding of students.
(3) to adjust the teaching methods so as to improve them constantly. For my young teacher, I need to draw experience and consolidate my basic teaching skills.
Two, professional development plan
1, moral education: the establishment of a healthy virtue, education and world outlook, outlook on life education, through the particularity of art courses, so that students with healthy, correct, beautiful eyes to write the repertoire of life.
2, education and teaching: (1) study and apply the new curriculum reform teaching idea, collect all aspects of teaching resources to enrich the content of teaching, make it novel and accessible.
