Teachers classroom language under the new concept

Facing the new curriculum reform, we are more to the classroom from teachers stage into interactive platform, from imparting knowledge to the students to place space, along with the advance of the new curriculum, the classroom teachers language has quietly changed.
The relationship of democracy, equality and harmony between teachers and students is being established. Teachers are trying to arouse the students emotion by their love for their students, and the atmosphere of equal dialogue between teachers and students has been formed in class. In class, we often hear teachers communicate with students in such language. I also have a solution to the problem, everybody see, OK? Can I help you? Class, lets think of a way together, shall we? How equal, how harmonious dialogue!
Teachers often communicate with students like this: you are great!! Such a complicated problem doesnt baffle you. Lets give him our warmest applause! Who can raise more creative questions? Be confident. Youve always been great.! Say what you want, and the teacher believes you can do it! Try again, will you? Never mind. Think more. the teacher is waiting for you. What a sincere and patient conversation!
But there are also cheap, exaggerated praise in class. If the students say, applause, a class can repeat more than 10 times, students listen more will repeat the machine, but greatly reduce the incentive role. There is also a no negative phenomenon, whether students correct or not, not criticism, nor correction, often good, please sit down.. Did you really answer it? Scientific knowledge is not at all vague! Wrong is wrong, the teacher must give full affirmation, let the students quite distinct from each other.
