Behavior poor students conversion program
I. purpose
Help students form good behavior and cultivate excellent quality. Establish a correct outlook on life and values. The cultivation of good class atmosphere. Building a safe and harmonious learning environment.
Two, this class students present situation
The total number of students in this class is 44. At present, the overall quality of thinking is excellent. The phenomenon of bad behavior is relatively rare. Mainly for classroom discipline, whispering and fidgeting. There is a phenomenon of chasing after class. No other major risk events have been detected. A few naughty students can also listen to dissuade, just self demanding is not strict, or the foresight of the behavior is poorer.
Three, take measures
1, the use of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to change the students bad behavior.
Promote the transformation of extrinsic learning motivation into intrinsic learning motivation, and ensure the persistence of learning interest. For learning, the learning behavior maintained by extrinsic motivation can achieve good results, but the effect is not long-term. Intrinsic motivation is more conducive to students long-term interest in learning and lifelong learning.
2. Adopt behavior correction method to change students bad behavior.
Love is the premise of behavior correction. Whether it is a teacher in charge of a class, a parent or an ordinary teacher, it should be recognized that although the child has bad behavior, but this only shows that he formed some bad habits, does not mean that his quality is not good. Everyone may have had some bad behavior at a particular time. Eliminating or reducing students bad behavior should be carried out under the premise of accepting and respecting students. Only when students realize that I am popular, if I eliminate the bad behavior, I will be more popular, I can do it, students will more actively cooperate with behavior correction and seek change.
