Humanistic management philosophy is based on humanistic philosophy. Humanism was born earlier, but humanism as a management concept was not paid attention until 1970s. Since 1970s, more and more assertive personality, and personality has been respected, the original kind of iron system, do not care about the people, killing human management and the whole era do not match, so the management concept of humanism came into being.
So what is the management concept of humanism? Humanistic management theory is compared with the traditional management concept, the traditional management concept, the staff is regarded as the factor of production organization, the organization to gain benefit as the goal, the use of personnel is just a tool to pursue this goal; accordingly, the humanism management the idea is to individual employees as organizations in parallel, respect the values, its own development goals, and strive to achieve individual goals and organizational goals are consistent, for individuals to create a broad space for development, and achieve the organizations thriving and prosperous.
