State Key Laboratory of Transient Optics Technolo y , Xian Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xian 710119, China) Abstract:Based on the spherical lens and terbium allium arnet ( TGG) , a novel optical fiber isolator with hi hpower is desi ned,which can fully meet the requirements of the hi hpower fiber laser.Within the wavelen th ran e of 1064 15 nm, the measured results show that the insertion loss is below 0.61 dB,the isolation is lar er than 24. 5 dB and the laser can work stably when the input power is 45 W.
