呼叫中心参数设置主界面： 上面的部分为“外线列表”，列出了系统所有外线参数信息。下面的部分为“内线列表”，列出了系统所有内线参数信息。 外线属性设置： 鼠标双击“外线列表”中的条目，打开对应外线的参数设置界面： 物理地址：外线对应的语音卡的物理端口号。 名称：为了方便管理，可以给外线起一个容易识别的名字。 来电直连内线：选择一个内线与该外线直连。设置后，该外线来电，直连内线的话机振铃；直连内线摘机直接与该外线连接，拨打外线号码不需要加拨出局字头； IVR(多级语音导航)：设置后，该外线来电，进入IVR流程(详细说明请参考文档“IVR使用说明.doc”)。 来电直连内线组空闲坐席：在下拉列表中选择内线组才可以启用该功能，启用后，该外线来电，根据系统设置的“内线组来电接听”策略智能路由到内线组空闲的坐席接听。 话务员考评：启用该功能后，外线来电通话结束，内线挂机，系统自动提示来电客户对接听坐席进行按键考评：“满意请按1，不满意请按0”，评价成功后，系统的通话记录中会显示出服务评价的结果。 外转呼叫线路：启用该功能后，可以帮助其它线路的非工作时间的来电转接到指定号码。 非工作时间来电转接到：非工作时间来电时，可以通过启用“外转呼叫线路”的外线转接到指定号码。 来电附加号码：如果外线来电号码总是多一号码字头，则该号码字头即为来电附加号码。 出局字头：如果拨打需要加拨号码字头，则该加拨的号码字头即为出局字头。 长途IP字头：如果拨打长途电话需要先拨一IP字头，则该IP字头即为长途IP字头。 (详细说明请参考文档“非工作时间详细使用说明.doc”)： 1.播放语音文件,提示 现在是下班时间，正常上班时间是***，如果有事情可以拨打电话***。 2.播放语音文件,提示 现在是下班时间，正常上班时间是***，如果有事情听到提示音后进行留言。 3.自动转接您的手机，通话录音不会丢失。 family 7 being killed there.
